What a relief - thank you, thank you, thank you. After many months of waiting patiently each morning as my poor laptop struggled to load up it’s many programmes, sometimes taking 5 minutes or more it has had a weekend away with you guys at Refresh IT and returned a new laptop. You collected my machine on the Friday and returned it to me on the following Monday morning meaning I had limited down time without it and the added convenience of not having to travel and take time out to come to your offices. You cleared down and tidied up my machine so that now when I log on it is ready to go in moments. Now I have wi-fi that does what it says on the label and the added bonus is that you also made my laptop to printer connection wi-fi too. So now I can access the internet from any location in my flat and I don’t even need to leave my sofa to print. I am delighted with the result as it gives me a flexible working arrangement.
