Refresh-IT was founded in 2006 with a clear vision of providing small businesses all the benefits of corporate IT support within the constraints of small / medium business resources and budgets.

A 'one size fits all' approach often does not work so we recognise and appreciate all that's unique about your business and provide a tailored service.

Mark Graham, Refresh-IT
Mark is the founder and joint partner of Refresh-IT. His initial background was in electronic servicing, where he graduated with distinctions. This lead onto a successful career with a large IT support organisation in Bristol, where traditional repair and support values were adhered to.

Mark Burgess
Mark Burgess, Refresh-IT
Mark is the co-founder and joint partner of Refresh-IT. After completing his computer studies course and graduating with distinctions in all modules, he began his employment with a focus on computer training. He then moved in to a successful career with one of the largest food companies in the world working within an IT department based in Bristol with a European focus. His role was initially based around technical support leading on to eight years as a Windows server specialist, where ITIL best practice policies and standards were defined and adhered to throughout.

Our Policy
Computers are complex and sometimes mystifying machines. Some IT support companies take advantage of this by over complicating fixes and charging for unnecessary services. We don't believe this is the right thing to do. We will always try to find the best fix or service for the situation and will advise you of the options available before you order from us.
