When the automatic AVG update happens you will be informed that AVG has expired and you must upgrade to version 9. You will be taken
to the AVG upgrade website
(http://www.avg.com/gb-en/upgrade-options) as shown below.

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Update my current product only link
as circled below |

2. Click the Download button as circled below |
 |
3. Click Installation files as circled below |
 |
4. Click the AVG Free 9.0 for Windows link as circled below |
 |
5. Click the save button and choose where to save the file. Once the file download has completed open file and follow the onscreen instructions. |
