hours, but a very competitive and realistic hourly fee will
apply"

"Can you repair my computer in my home while I wait?"

"Generally yes, it depends upon the problem with the PC,
printer, etc. Mostly we prefer to use our workshop where we have
greater flexibility to thoroughly test over a period of time to
ensure the best remedy. A decision will be made during the visit
in agreement with yourself"

"So the longer you have it the more I'll have to pay right?"
Answer
"No, once the problem has been located we will advise you of the
cost. If we have your PC, printer, etc in our workshop, if
requested, we will telephone you to advise of the cost. We only
charge for the work we have your agreement to carry out."
