PC Repair
PC repair doesn’t just mean hardware failure and hardware
support. Many times computers break down due to software
problems or software/driver incompatibility.
Whether your PC problem is hardware or software related, a
technician will call out at your home/premises with all the
required tools and testing hardware. The problem will be
determined and explained to you in plain English and what has to
be done to rectify it. You will be given a quote and an
estimated time frame.
Many problems can be fixed/solved onsite. However the more
extensive/complex jobs may have to be carried out at our
workshop. If this is the case, your PC will be returned back to
you at the earliest possible time. Most callouts are carried out
the very same day, otherwise within a 24hour period, this of
course depending on our workload.
If you accept the quotation we will carry out the work, clean
the computer and return it to you on an agreed delivery date.
We are extremely careful with your data as we understand the
importance of your documents and personal information. All data
is backed up prior to any diagnostics / repair work as a safety
measure. During this time all data will be kept completely
confidential and is never passed on to third parties.
