Printer Repair
Printer maintenance and repair always seems to get overlooked or
just left until the printer fails. Our technicians are qualified
to repair and maintain most inkjet, laser and dot matrix
printers.
Whether your printer problem is hardware or software related, a
technician will call out at your home/premises with all required
tools and testing hardware. The problem will be determined and
explained to you in plain English and what has to be done to
rectify it. You will be given a quote and an estimated time
frame.
Many problems can be fixed/solved onsite. However the more
extensive/complex jobs may have to be carried out at our
workshop. If this is the case, your printer will be returned
back to you at the earliest possible time. Most callouts are
carried out the very same day, otherwise within a 24hour period,
this of course depending on our workload.
If you accept the quotation we will carry out the work, clean
your printer and return it to you on an agreed delivery date.
