not fail as often as standard desktop computers, generally due
to the resilience of server hardware, you will need your server
back online as soon as possible without loss of critical data
and services. Server repair doesn't just mean hardware failure,
many times servers break down due to software problems or driver
incompatibility, that's why so many companies have IT Managers
to keep their server infrastructure running smoothly. But who
looks after your server for you?
Whether your PC problem is hardware or software related, a
technician will call out at your premises with all the required
tools and testing hardware. The problem will be determined and
explained to you in plain English and what has to be done to
rectify it. You will be given a quote and an estimated time
frame. We have extensive experience with various types of server
hardware and all versions of Windows Server software.
Server problems will always be solved onsite where possible.
However some jobs may have to be carried out at our workshop. If
this is the case, your server will be returned back to you at
the earliest possible time. All server callouts are carried out
the very same day. You will given an onsite quote within one
hour and if you accept the quotation we will carry out the work.
We are extremely careful with your data as we understand the
importance of your documents and business information. If a
nightly backup is not available where possible all data can be
backed up prior to any diagnostics / repair work as a safety
measure. During this time all data will be kept completely
confidential and is never passed on to third parties.
