Fantastic service, couldn't ask for more. Realised our Media Centre was broken on a Saturday morning. Called Refresh at 11.30am. A polite and professional individual was with us within 30 minutes as promised. He took the machine away to have a look into it and called us back within 3 hours identifying the likely cause of problem and seeking our authority to order the necessary part. The Media Centre was returned to us at home on the Wednesday working as new. Fantastic value, honest, quick, reliable and professional service.
