Refresh have provided my IT support for about 7 years, I have always found them to be quick and efficient. They are happy to explain things in the type of language that anyone can understand so you don’t get confused by IT terminology. I particularly like the fact that they are able to provide remote support as this saves me a lot of time and means that if I do have a computer problem the PC is not out of action for any longer than necessary something that is critical to my business. They provide an excellent service at reasonable cost.
