I recently had a very bad experience at another local tech company which cost me a lot of money buying a part for my laptop I didn’t need and it was still not working!  I sought a second opinion at Refresh and want to thank them for all their help.  I was kept informed all the way as to what was being done and in less than a week I now have a working laptop which didn’t cost me a fortune.
